Nutrition Outreach Education Project (NOEP)
The food stamp program helps families meet their monthly food costs with convenient electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards that can be used like cash at most grocery stores. NOEP offers free confidential pre-screening to determine eligibility for food stamps, assistance in applying for the program, and advocacy to ensure that eligible families receive the card.
